Product: DeskJet 3512
Operating System: iOS

Printer was working fine Thursday. Friday it stopped connecting to WiFi and I have done all instructions given to me.  WiFi working perfectly in the house.  Any suggestions?

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you - 

  1.  Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network,public network or without a router?
  2.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
