I keep on getting an error message saying failure to communicate with printer. I have downloaded the software and drivers already, every time it gets to the configure section I get an error message. Please help!

I see that you are not able to scan. To assist you better, 

  • What is the error?
  • Which app are you using to scan from?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app?
