Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer

Hi.

We have setup my HP Envy 7220e printer on our wifi network.

We can print from our iPhones and from our Windows PC via the network, but we can't get it to work on our MacBook Pro.

The MacBook is able to successfully find/connect to the printer on the network, but when we try to print, it gets stuck on "Paused, Last Used". And when we open the printer queue, it says "Encryption Details Have Expired".

 

And if I manually try to search for the printer using the IP address, it is able to print, but it just spits out a large number of pages with some random text that looks like something form the Matrix.

 

Can anyone help with this issue?

This issue has been resolved.

 

I tried to print again about 12 hours later and now it works.
