I'm having a technical issue that is being compounded by HP's trash "Contact Us" process.  

 

I changed my wifi network name when I got a new router and now my M15W cannot be found in the HP app on my Android 16 phone, nor can it be found on my Windows 11 desktop.  I've combed forums, done a factory reset, and the printer is still registering my old wifi network on its configuration report.  Any help on this issue is appreciated.

 

This issue is being compounded by not being able to contact HP's support because their trash website doesn't let you contact printer support without selecting a product by serial number and the site doesn't recognize the SN of my printer as a valid SN even though I'm entering it exactly as it appears on the config report and the label on the bottom of the printer.  This seems to be a great bottleneck to force users to the forums instead of employing an actual customer service team.  I don't expect any help on this aspect of my issue, but my god are we living in a garbage age of customer service.

Thanks, but I've already tried the steps in this video.  The printer never appears as a device in the Printer Setup step of this video on my phone, nor does it appear in the desktop version of the app.

 

Can I just use some other third party software to bypass the HP app?  

 

Re: your recommendations for contacting HP Support, I am unable to use those links.  As I said in my post, I cannot proceed past entering the required SN for my device to contact support because the website doesn't recognize my device's SN as a valid SN even though it's being entered as it appears on the device tag on the config report.

For installing on your computer you can download the next driver to bypass using HP App.
