HP OfficeJet Pro 8718 All-in-One Printer

I have just left HP Instant Ink after many years of successful service.

I have purchased remanufactured Ink cartridges and installed these successfully. The printer is working okay, however I can't access the web interface at internal address: 192.168.1.55 (this is the current address assigned via DHCP).

I can't even ping that address. While I was an Instant Ink user, the web interface worked no problem.

The printer is only connected via Ethernet.

Please explain.

Restore network setting to see will that make changes. Strange is that you can't ping, but the printer is working okay.
