Hi @Cos9,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your HP DeskJet 3755 printer to the internet after getting a new modem. Let's go through some specific steps to help you connect it to your Wi-Fi network:

Reset Network Settings:

  • Reset the Printer: Unplug the printer, wait for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on your printer simultaneously until the Power button starts blinking, which indicates the network settings have been reset.

Use HP Smart App for Setup:

  • Reinstall the HP Smart App: Ensure you have the HP Smart app installed on your smartphone or computer. If not, download it from your app store or from the HP website.
  • Turn on your printer and make sure it is in setup mode (Power button and Wireless button should be blinking).
  • Open the HP Smart app and select Add Printer or follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new printer.

WPS Push Button:

  • If your router supports WPS, press and hold the WPS button on your router.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button on your printer for about five seconds.
  • Wait until the wireless light stops blinking and remains steady, indicating a successful connection.

Advanced Setup via Embedded Web Server:

  • Connect your computer or mobile device directly to the printer using the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct feature.
  • Access the printer's Embedded Web Server: Enter the printer's IP address in a web browser. You can find this IP by printing a Network Configuration Page (Press the Information button on your printer).
  • Navigate to the Network or Wireless settings to configure the Wi-Fi connection manually.

Take care and have an amazing day!
