I canceled my Instant Ink subscription and my printer showed it's in an error state. I tried to reinstall it and it will get all the way to the end of the setup, and then I get a message that it can't connect to the network. My laptop and printer are on the same network and I moved the printer next to the router. I've followed the setup several times without success. The printer is fairly new and this is very frustrating.

I understand you are facing an Instant Ink issue Can't connect HP DeskJet 2800e All-in-One Printer to Network. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
