Can't connect WiFi to new hub

I have a new hub and everything else has connected to the WiFi except me ENVY 6000 series printer. I've followed all stept to connect to new hub I've also tried connect new printer. Nothing has worked I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks off and on I've even reset my hub but zero connection.

Is the new "hub" actually a mesh network controller?

If yes, devices that cannot hop frequencies (like printers) might have trouble connecting to a router type that does not support a separately named SSID network for each frequency. 

If the new "hub" is actually a managed switch, and you have created a Vlan - add the printer to the particular vlan branch for that device set.
