Deskjet 2721
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought the Deskjet 2721, but it can't connect to my wifi. The blue light just keeps flashing.

I've printed a wireless network test page, and it says the following:

Check that your HP printer network name (SSID) matches your wireless router network name exactly. If they do not match exatly, run the wireless setup from the printer software to configure your HP printer.

But how do I do this? The 'smart' software doesn't find the printer because it's not connected to Wifi. I've tried the support solutions from HP, but obviously it can't find the printer either because it's not connected to wifi...

To be honest, I've never been more frustrated with a purchase

Thanks for the reply. I've managed to fix it already by using my phone to connect.

This was the problem: My PC has Wifi, but it was connected with the router with a LAN cable.
Perhaps you can change the instructions to state that if you're using a cable you need to make sure that you disconnect the cable.
