 Does anyone know what to press on here to connect to a new network. We changed from virgin to vodafone internet and it won't connect to the new network. My phone and laptop both can't find the device in the app either. It was working fine with the last Internet.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Restore the printer network defaults.

See the User Guide - Page 62

 

 

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same
time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Instructions elsewhere in the same chapter explain how to connect the printer to your network.
