Model B109n.  Hi. Downloaded app and it asks to set up on WiFi. So I go to settings click on WiFi and nothing happens. I’m connected to my home WiFi.

Hi @Winsan, can you be a bit more specific? On what platform did you download and install the app? Windows 10, Mac, or Android?

Assuming you're on Windows 10 for the moment, have you watched the video on https://youtu.be/Aen-jHjUsVo?

One thing I found interesting to note is that if there is still no connection to your ptinter and it has been on for more than two hours, it is no longer in "setup mode" and the app will not be able to find the printer. You will have to reset the printer first in that case. Please refer to the video, and if it doesn't help come back and try to be specific so we can answer your queries.

 

If resetting it doesn't help you may need to restore the printer to factory settings. See if https://www.wikihow.com/Reset-an-HP-Photosmart-Printer#Restoring-to-Factory-Settings is of any help.

 

(Resetting the printer requires these steps:

Solution: Turn off the product, and then unplug the power cord. Plug the power
cord back in, and then press the On button to turn on the product.)
