Can't connect to network

I've moved into a new house and am trying to connect my Smart Tank 7301 to the new network. I've tried all the advice I've seen and spent a lot of time with the Virtual Assistant but nothing has worked. I got printing to work by installing through Windows 11, but when I needed to scan, going through HP Smart the device was not recognized. HP Smart failed to install the device again and again (and again). I've uninstalled it multiple times. I've spent hours on this and am about to toss it out and buy something else. It seems like a waste since it worked fine in the old house. 

I'm open to new suggestions but it feels like I've tried everything!

That's the basic process. As I said in my post, that didn't work.
