Hi,
I configured the shortcuts with the procedures on my HP application to have access to Google Drive, One Drive etc. Everything works perfectly on a computer or tablet from the application. The shortcuts are synchronized on my printer. But when I want to do it on the printer control panel without a computer with the shortcuts, I always have the following error messages (see images) Sometimes it tells me "The printer was unable to connect to the server" other times I have these strange lines of code on the panel. Impossible to make the shortcuts work directly on the printer. Everything seems to work for the rest.
Yes, my wi-fi setting is ok... I guess because all my other device can print and communicate with it.
Thank for help

You are welcome.
Understood - I checked and t'is true -- your printer lacks Digital Send options and also uses an original EWS format.
Apologies.
I've edited my first post -- it might not be useful in the context of your situation but it no longer references Quick Sets or the EWS format your printer does not support.

If the Shortcut for Share to Email works in HP Smart when used on the computer, that might be the best you can get.
In its local state (used on the computer), HP Smart > Share (to email) requires that your sender's address be configured in New Outlook (the app not the full client email program). Recently it's been flaky (falls apart and the New Outlook email must be reconfigured), but in general, the method does work.
General Example - HP Smart - Windows - Scan / Import > Share
HP_Smart_Win_Scan_Photo_Share_5
Lacking any type of Digital Send (SMTP) support (on the printer) where you can create an email profile, the printer might not be able to connect to your email server.
Regardless, the connection might not be accepted by the email server without that App Password.
Printer to Email Server is not the same animal as sitting in front of your computer and using apps in that environment.
?
What if?
Shortcuts for sending content via email do / might bypass the need to open the email software (directly or indirectly).
Could such a shortcut be used on your printer?
Meh - Maybe.
Would you need an App Password attached to the sending Email account?
Meh - Maybe.
I can't test it for you -- my printer is too different (and more capable) than the simpler Smart Tank series.
That is not a "dig" at your printer, just an observation on my inability to step into your situation.
Final Try...
The following is provided as another Guess and FYI.
Example - HP Smart - Shortcut - Created / Edit > Execute
HP_Smart_Shortcuts_Create-Edit-Execute_4

Removed reference and examples for configuring EWS > Quick Sets
Original and Edited Content - New Example
The following is a guess and offered FYI.
Sample Scenario - Shortcut to Save content to OneDrive
The errors might indicate a machine (printer) to machine (server) sign-in permission block.
If that is the case, then the server where your OneDrive files are stored might be refusing your OneDrive sign-in credentials.
What?
Servers dislike accepting connections from machines they do not recognize.
This distrust of "any old connection" is, in fact, part of the reason that 2FA (2-Step verification) came about.
For example,
When the Shortcut is used on your computer and is used on behalf of your computer's sign-in to save content to OneDrive, the sign-in you created for access to your OneDrive account is used. "You" are local to your computer, tied to your Microsoft Account, and tied to your OneDrive account all using your Microsoft Account sign-in.
The printer has no such local access to your computer's sign-in to OneDrive account. Even should OneDrive pick up the sign-in credentials you assigned to the Shortcut, these might not be available for a printer to server sign-in.
Perhaps try using an App Password in place of the normal sign-in used in the Quick Set.
To test, create a new / different Shortcut that includes your Microsoft Account UserID --
In place of your normal sign-in password,
Sign into your Microsoft Account -
in the Security section,
Create an App Password that you will use for the password sign-in in Step 2 of the Quick Sets Setup.

================================================
What else?
Check that the printer is allowed / set to access and use Shortcuts.
Perhaps reset the "time" remaining by changing the access to 1 day and then back to 1 year.

HP_Smart_Shortcuts_Cloud_Save_PDF_9

Hi,
Thank for this answer.
I doubt that's the problem, I also have the same message with all other services that require going through the internet. I also tried to configure an email and I have the same message. Also the manual does not match at all with the version of my software currently and I do not have this kind of option described in your images on my EWS interface.
Regards,

Thank you, but for now, I had already tried and everything works for me on my computer. In both of your examples, I am able to do everything without any problems.
My initial problem is that no matter what I try, nothing works on the physical printer, the 7602, with the shortcuts.
The scanner does not even try to start scanning because the error message arrives before I have the option to do so. I simply believe that the shortcuts simply do not work on this machine but only from an external application.
I will live with this and forget this possibility. Maybe a future update can fix this problem. Otherwise, if someone has the same device as me, I would like to know if it works for them.
Thank you @Dragon-Fur for taking the time to answer me.

You are welcome.
True - sometimes the answer is "The printer cannot do that."
I'm glad what you want to do works from your computer.
Cheers.
