Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Did factory reset when I turned it back on I got a message that says can not use instant ink cartridges until I have that service which I do. The printer is stuck it will not go through setup and will not connect to internet the setup app has a check mark showing that I in fact have that service but it still has setup blocked
