Hi @DPat3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP LaserJet Pro M15w is unable to connect to Wi-Fi after moving to a new internet provider, and the blue light is flashing. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

    a. Check Wi-Fi Network
        • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and working with other devices.
        • Confirm the network name (SSID) and password are correct.

    b. Restart Devices
        • Turn off your printer and router, wait 30 seconds, then power them back on.
        • This can help resolve temporary connection conflicts.

    c. Use Wi-Fi Setup Mode on Printer
        • Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the blue light starts blinking rapidly.
        • On your computer or phone, open HP Smart app and follow the prompts to connect the printer to the new network.

    d. Verify Network Band
        • The M15w supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, not 5 GHz.
        • Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network and connect the printer to that.

    e. Check for Interference
        • Remove or move devices that may cause Wi-Fi interference (microwaves, cordless phones) away from the printer.

    f. Update Printer Firmware
        • Use HP Smart or the printer’s USB connection to check for firmware updates.
        • Updating firmware can resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

I hope this helps.
