Hi @fsujoe69,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you’re trying to connect your HP Envy 6052e printer to your new WiFi network but don’t have the password or paperwork, here’s what you can do.

Reset the Printer's Network Settings

This will allow you to reconnect the printer to the new WiFi network.

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button (the one that looks like a WiFi symbol) and the Cancel button (red "X") at the same time for about 5 seconds.
  3. The blue light on the wireless button will blink, indicating the printer is resetting its network settings.
  4. After it resets, the printer will be ready to connect to your new WiFi network.

Reconnect the Printer to WiFi

You can now connect your printer to your new WiFi:

  1. Open the printer’s control panel and tap the Wireless icon.
  2. Select Settings or Network Setup.
  3. Choose Wireless Setup Wizard.
  4. The printer will scan for available networks. Select your new network and enter the WiFi password when prompted.

Install the Printer Software

  1. Go to the HP Envy 6052e printer page on the HP website or use the HP Smart app (available for Windows, macOS, and mobile).
  2. Install the necessary software or the HP Smart app to finish setting up the printer and make sure it can print from your devices.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
