I am trying to find away of getting HP to acknowledge my printer is faulty and getting a refund.

I purchased the printer from Argos at the end of April, unfortunately I  am now out of the time frame to take it back to them.

The only time my printer has worked properly was the first time after set-up.  I don't use my printer much, but every time since I have had to phone up HP to get help.  The last two times they took over my laptop remotely - a laptop I brought by the way just to try and get better connection than my phone.  They asked me to get my Internet split, which I did.  Still no joy.  I brought a USB lead to connect the laptop and printer.  Still no joy.

This morning I thought I'd finally got it sorted with the help of a customer service agent.  Halfway through printing 8 pages it just stopped.

So I phoned again to cancel my ink subscription and to see if I could get an email address to complain.  Cancelled the subscription but can't give me an email address.

I really have had enough now.  I just want my money back.  There's obviously something wrong with it.

I'm trying to deal with my late brother's estate and really need a printer that works.  Not one that takes hours of remote takeover before it works.  And then just stops for no reason.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to take this further.  I'm at my wits end with it.  TIA

I understand the concern you’ve raised. From what you’ve described, you’ve already taken multiple steps with HP Support, including remote sessions, network adjustments, and even using a USB connection, yet the printer continues to fail. You’ve also cancelled your ink subscription and are now seeking a refund, as the product has not performed reliably since purchase.

To move this forward, please check your private message where further assistance has been shared. I will guide you on the next steps regarding your request.
