Printed an info page which says the printer might not be connected to Instant Ink anymore and will be unable to print soon. I put in wireless security key number but it keeps telling me it's a mismatch number but I'm putting the correct key number in. I haven't changed computer, printer, router etc so why is this happening?
Can anyone help please?

@Smos, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.
Print a wireless test page to check the status:
On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button
at the same time.
Both a Wireless Network Test Report and a Network Configuration Page print.
If the printer is not connected, use WPS to connect the printer to your wireless network.
Locate the WPS button on your router, but do not press it yet.
If your router does not support WPS, skip to the next step to connect the printer with the HP Smart app.
Turn on the printer. If the printer is in sleep mode, press the Cancel button on the control panel.
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button
for at least 3 seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash.
On the router, press and hold the WPS button for 3 to 5 seconds or until it shows that the WPS connection process has started.
NOTE: The printer stops searching for a WPS connection two minutes after the wireless button is pressed. If you were unable to press the WPS button within that timeframe, attempt these steps again.
Once the printer connects to the wireless network, the blue Wireless light on the control panel turns on solid.

Thank you. I printed out a network configuration page as you suggested and used the WiFi direct password that was printed on the sheet (not one I've used before), Once I'd input that number it accepted it as the correct password and everything now sorted, (I hope!!!)
Thanks again.
