Hello - since changing our brand band provider I can't link my printer to my phone. The printer has worked perfectly before changing provider. I have printed out a report (holding down the arrow button fro 10 secs)  but it only gives me the supplies info and an error info report - I need the IP address and/or to change the password (which I don't know). I can't get the HP set up link on my phone - both the printer and the phone are on the same wifi system. I am going round and round in circles - can anyone shed any light on wheat I need to do please?
