I recently bought an HP ENVY 6055e (serial number.Edited). After some difficulty getting it to be recognized by my computers I bought a USB cord to connect the printer to the PC. After this i was able to get my PC to recognize the printer and after I pressed the information button I was given the WPS pin. After this, I tried to print but was told the printer was offline. I pressed the information button again and was given instructions on how to connect the printer to the internet. I followed them but ran into an error. I was then sent to HPs website "www. hp.com/callme" where I was asked to put in my products serial number. The serial number is on the back of the printer and it is also listed if you press the information button upon start up. I can't open a ticket because it won't accept my product number. Any help would be appreciated.
