Hello. I hope someone can help me with multiple issues I'm having with my new printer.  It's the HP Envy 6455.  

First - It won't print double sided from my Android phone.  It gives me the option to print double sided and I set it to print double sided, but the documents always come out single sided.  Printing double sided from my HP laptop is just fine, prints double sided no problem.  

 

Second issue - when I come here to post questions the system won't detect my new printer. It only detects my old printer, which isn't even in this state anymore.  When I try to enter it manually via serial number it says the system is unavailable.

To print double-sided from an Android device to your HP Envy 6455 printer, you will need to make sure your printer is properly set up for double-sided printing. This can usually be done from the printer's settings menu. Additionally, some apps may have their own settings for double-sided printing. Make sure to check both the printer and app settings to ensure double-sided printing is enabled.

Regarding the second issue, try accessing HP support through a different device or browser to see if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, contact HP Support for further assistance.
