Product: hp office jet pro 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP office jet pro 9015  , windows 10 , i have downloaded the HP smart printing scanning fax software . Worked initially then stopped working . Can print fine from my old laptop. 

don't see the printer icon in the tray .

 

When I click print instead of printing it, the screenshot folder appears and it prompts me to enter a file name and save. I don't want to do this I want to print. I am not signed into one drive if that has anything to do with it .

Answer........ click 3 dots > print > select your printer (not Microsoft print to pdf) > print
