I’ve had quite a bit of bother with my printer the last few days I’ve just left sky & joined bt internet & bt tv so I’m guessing it’s to do with this I have a desktop 2700 & at first the blue light was just flashing now it’s gone completely last night I wanted to print out something to test it out so I printed out my register for something I’ve just bought imagine my shock! When my neighbour text me this morning & told me something from amazon( the thing I’d just bought) was in her printer I’ve checked it & it’s true!! How can this happen? Hp don’t seem to want to know while I’m really worried!

Hi @Helen541,

I'd like to help!

I understand you sent a print job to the printer and it was printed on your neighbour's printer.

To assist better -

Do you and your neighbor have the same printer?

Are you guys connected to the same network?

The only scenario this could occur is when both the printer and computer/phone are connected to the same network.

Are you able to make copies using your printer?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer?

Keep me posted.
