Hi, I’ve tried many time via the HP app on my iPhone to register my new printer but it gets so far then says registration failed maybe due to technical issue? 
Then by chance I realised I could still  print fine by going through anything on my iPhone rather than through the HP app, so that was good. 
Then today I found out my initial included ink is low so I thought I should start the 6 months of free ink. Only to see I should have activated this within 6 days of printer setup! But I didn’t think my printer setup had been done completely yet due to me not being able to register and print through the actual app? Oddly though when I tried to register for the ink it said I’d had registers already (!) so I guess that bit worked ok but it’s the actual printer that’s not registered?? A bit confusing and annoying that I’ve lost 4 months of free ink. 
Anyway, how DO I get this flipping printer registers? I hope I get an answer here as I can see a way to ask HP direct? Thank you….
