I just want my printer to work. I've spent three days trying to get this printer to work. My wifi seems spotty so I want to use with the ethernet cable but it doesn't work. Why is this so difficult?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can try to do a wireless reset and then use the HP App toe connect printer to the network again.

Once printer is connected, use the HP App :  Select "Add an existing printer that is already connected".
