I just bought two Lenova windows 11 laptops. I have two hp color laser jet pro mfp 4301 fdw printers. Everything works fine on both except on one I can't use the hp scan app but I can on the other. I have restarted, reinstalled drives, unistalled all hp apps and put them back on. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.
