Hi @CGD3,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it is when you can't get your printer connected after changing your Internet box. Let's try to resolve this step by step:

Reconnect Your HP LaserJet M110w to WiFi

Reset the Network Settings on the Printer:

  • Locate the Wireless button on your printer.
  • Hold it down until the light starts blinking (this resets the printer's network settings).

Reconfigure WiFi on the Printer:

  • Download the HP Smart App on your iOS device from the HP printer setup (HP Smart app).
  • Open the app and ensure your iPhone/iPad is connected to your new WiFi network.
  • Tap the "+" icon to add a new printer.
  • Follow the app’s prompts to locate your printer and connect it to the WiFi.

Confirm the Printer is Connected:

  • Once connected, the printer's WiFi light should turn solid.
  • Print a network configuration report to confirm the connection (check the user manual for this feature).

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure the Printer and Phone are on the Same Network: If your Internet box has multiple frequency bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), connect to the 2.4 GHz network, as most printers don't support 5 GHz.
  • Restart Devices: Restart your printer, Internet box, and phone if the connection process fails.
  • Reinstall the Printer: If the HP Smart app doesn't detect your printer, remove the printer from the app and re-add it.

I hope this helps.
