Can't use the printer without Internet

Whenever I try to print or scan with my smartphone or pc directly it pops above message I tried everything reseting restoring but still I can't use it without the Internet connection, before it use to print without Internet connection can some one help me?

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to print from android without a network connection.

To print without connecting to a network using the Wi-Fi direct setup.

Find the Wi-Fi Direct name and password (printers without a touchscreen)

Print a network configuration report or help page to find the Wi-Fi Direct information.

1. Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.

2. Print a network configuration report or help page using the printer control panel buttons. Use a method that matches the buttons on your printer.

   • Press the Information button .

   • Press and hold the Wi-Fi Direct button for 3 seconds.

   • Press the Wireless and Information buttons at the same time.

   • Press and hold the Resume button  or  for up to ten seconds or until the report prints.

   • For HP DeskJet 6000 and 6400, ENVY 6000 and 6400, and Tango printers, touch and hold the Information button  until all control panel buttons light up, and then touch the Information button  and Cancel button  at the same time.

   The name and password are listed under the Wi-Fi Direct section.

   

Send a print job using a direct wireless connection between your printer and an Android phone or tablet using the HP Smart app. Complete these steps while next to the printer.

1. On your mobile device, download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com.

2. Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.

3. From the app home screen, tap the Plus sign.

4. Tap Looking for Wi-Fi Direct Printers.

   

5. Select your printer from the list.

   

6. Tap Connect to the printer.

7. If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi Direct password, and then tap Connect.

   

8. Wait for the connection to complete.

9. If the printer does not automatically display on the app home screen, tap the Plus sign again, and then select the printer from the list.

   

10. On the app home screen, select Print Photos or Print Documents, select the item you want to print and then tap Print.

11. After the print job completes, open your Wi-Fi network menu, and then reconnect to your local network
