Hi @Rick1116

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had—especially with your printer, your computer, and the difficulty reaching someone for help.

I completely understand how frustrating this must be, and I appreciate you taking the time to share what’s going on.

To make sure I guide you correctly, could you please help me with a few quick details?

  • Are you trying to cancel an Instant Ink subscription, or are you referring to a recent order placed for cartridges or a printer?
  • Do you have an order number or any confirmation email for the purchase you’d like to cancel or return?
  • Which printer model and cartridge numbers are involved in the return?

Once I have this information, I’ll walk you through the exact next steps to get this resolved as smoothly as possible.

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
