I have tried to connect using the MAC address, and internet IP and neither work. I have gone through all the troubleshooting on the HP site to no avail.

I understand you’re having trouble connecting your HP device to your Regus Office network. Could you confirm whether the issue is with an HP printer or an HP PC? Please also share the exact model number so we can provide the most accurate steps to resolve the issue.
