HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I bought an HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a in 2013.  An account was set up and linked to my printer at that period.
I can print by sending email to @hpeprint.com.

However, trying to add my printer to the new hpsmart.com services It asks for a claim code, which normaly HP should know it since I am already registered and web services are enabled.

If I remove the web services and re-install them will I be able to get a new "claim code" or I will be banned from the web services / hpsmart.com?

Please advise

I have applied all those found in guidelines but i cannot get a claim code, which is what I need.

I do receive an email address for e-printing, which works (when I send email the printer prints my document). Reminder: I was initally registered many years ago.

In printer's settings it says "You can create an email of your choice at ePrintCenter.com" a url which is no more valid.

redirects to http://h30495.www3.hp.com/

Without the claim code I cannot access the new HPsmart.com or use the hpsmart mobile app.
