Hi @Janowit,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble changing the paper size when printing from your iPhone 15 with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw. This issue might be related to how the HP Smart app or AirPrint handles paper size settings on iOS devices.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Update HP Smart App: Make sure the HP Smart app is updated to the latest version on your iPhone 15. Sometimes app updates include fixes for issues like this.
Use AirPrint Settings: If you're printing directly from an app using AirPrint, check the paper size settings in the print dialog:
- Open the app you're printing from.
- Tap the Share icon or Print icon.
- Select your printer.
- Tap on "Options" (or similar) to check for paper size settings.
Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer itself is set up with the correct paper sizes:
- On the printer's control panel, go to the settings or configuration menu.
- Verify the paper size settings and adjust if necessary.
Re-add the Printer: Remove and re-add the printer in your iPhone's printer settings:
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Tap on the network your printer is connected to.
- Tap on “Forget This Network” for the printer.
- Reconnect to the printer and try printing again.
Reset Network Settings: If none of the above work, try resetting network settings on your iPhone 15:
- Go to Settings > General > Reset.
- Tap on “Reset Network Settings” (Note: This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords).
Check for iOS Updates: Ensure your iPhone 15 is running the latest version of iOS, as updates can fix bugs and improve compatibility.
