Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The directions to set up the printer were not included with the printer. I've connected the power to outlet, and already have HP Smart but removed and reinstalled. However, I never get the window/option to add my wifi information (i.e. network name and password). I've gone to the online directions and nothing is happening. How do I get connected to my wifi?
