Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

I read answers to a similar post but either did not understand the instructions or they didn't work.

I have paid computer techs and they have been unable to help me.

HP customer service does not respond. I would be happy to pay HP if I could reach a rep.

I am not sure what to do. I love this 2 year old printer and would prefer getting it to work rather than buying a new one.
