Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have 5Ghz router but it seems the printer M15w does not support the band but 2.4Ghz.

Is there any way to connect the wifi network to keep using this printer?  If I get a dual band router (2.4ghz and 5ghz), is it solve the issue?

Your router is probably dual band you just need to enable the 2,4GHz band ( disabled by default) the printer will connect only to the 2,4GHz band.
