Product: HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer

Hello, I have lost connectivity to my laser printer.  I have an HP injet printer which connects to both devices.  I have taken several steps to solve this problem but I cannot seem to find the solution.   I have unplugged the  laser printer,  uninstalled the laser printer software, rebooted the computer and used gethelp to remove all instances of the hp laserjet printer.  I additionally have done this on my laptop.  My desktop has Windows 10 Pro and my laptop has Window 10.   Any suggetions would be appreciated.  Thanks, Steve Rollings
