I cannot connect my HP Laser MFP 137fnw to the new Wi-Fi. Neither Wi-Fi code nor WPS code is accepted.

Hi @Tatiana23,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There could be several reasons why you are unable to connect your HP Laser MFP 137fnw printer to Wi-Fi. Here are some steps that you can follow to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check the Wi-Fi signal: Make sure that your printer is within range of the Wi-Fi signal. Also, ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned on and that your device is connected to the network.
  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check the printer's network settings: Make sure that your printer is set up to connect to Wi-Fi. You can check this by going to the printer's settings and selecting "Wireless Setup Wizard" or "Wi-Fi Setup".
  • Check the Wi-Fi network settings: Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is visible and that the printer is connected to the correct network.
  • Update the printer's firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware may resolve any connectivity issues.
  • Reset the printer's network settings: If all else fails, you can reset the printer's network settings to the default settings. This will erase all Wi-Fi settings and allow you to start from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
