Cannot connect my printer to wifi

I cannot connect my printer to WiFi have been trying for 3 days! I need to speak to someone real now!!!!!! 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• Are you trying to print from a mobile device or from a computer?  

• Are the printer and PC connected to the same network? 

• Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? 

• What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)? 

• Could you share the screen where it's asking for the password?

You are not alone, I have the problem with an HP Photsmart C4795 printer.  Worked for quite a while now I can't even connect to wifi to get it to print.  Wonder if the Windows updates are doing it

Hi,

I also hade the same problem, worked for days and replaced the printer with a new one from the store...

... then I realized the problem.

I have a TP-link mesh router Deco x60 and hade the funktion Quick Roaming on (to support more seamless change between Deco routers in the netwiork). I turn Quick Roaming off and the problem to conect the printer to my network was solved.

This function is NOT supported by my HP DeskJet 2721 !!!

From my point of view is this a bit old fashon from HP to not support this funktion.

I really hope a new software uppgrade in a near future will solve this issue.
