Hello Community, I changed my Internet service to fibre broadband, in last 3 or 4 days, and now have a new router. Yesterday, I tried printing something from my iPhone 11. My phone asked me to select a printer but no printer was found. Looking at the front of my printer, the blue light was flashing. I pressed the Wi-Fi button, looked at the display and found Wi-Fi was still not connected. Tried turning the router and printer off and on but this did not help. Tried pressing the WPS button on the router for 3 seconds but this didn’t connect. The display suggested putting the printer PIN number into router’s configuration page but I couldn’t see where in the router settings on the Internet. I notice the router band setting should be 2.4 GHz for the printer to work. My router is a Plusnet One, it works between 5 and 2 GHz but I can’t see how to stop the 5GHz interfering with the Wi-Fi operation of my printer. I have removed the printer as a device on my Windows 10 laptop and am trying to reinstall it - but I have lost the USB cable supplied with my printer. I have tried the online troubleshooting suggestions for reconnecting my printer to Wi-Fi but nothing has worked and I’m very confused. My printer was working perfectly well, printing from phone or laptop, before I changed my broadband router. Would be very grateful for some advice for how to get my printer Wi-Fi working again. Many thanks.
