I have an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 All-in-One Printer Series.
I have recently had a new router installed with a new SSID and an extender which also has a new SSID.
My computer has successfully connected to the extender network.
I have attempted to use the HP Smart app to connect to the printer wirelessly, I have tried using the 'Ask Virtual Agent', the Print and Scan Doctor and Watch HP Support Videos all without success. I am now in my third day of trying.
I need my printer and scanner because my son uses them for his virtual schooling.
Can someone help.

Dear ZNIL,
If the HP Smart app is causing issues with connecting, then I would suggest trying to connect with using the the standard printer driver. The drivers can be found here: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer... . If you go down to the "Software Utility" option, then you can find the full driver packages for your printer. In order to use these drivers, you would need to be using a computer. In the setup process, it should allow you to connect the printer to the internet. If that does not work, then you could use a USB cable to connect to your printer.
Have a great weekend,
Evan
