Product: HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is ridiculous!!!

Every new HP printer we get contains additional hassles just to get it to work.  I had originally got the printing aspect to function on this Deskjet 2752e, however, in getting the scanner to actually work with my pc, the printer has crashed and it won't connect to the network neither can it be "seen" by any HP install software.  So here's the bottom line!

I want:

to print

to scan documents and save them to my pc

 

What I don't want:

to have to log in or have my data collected just to use the device I paid good money for

 

What's it going to take HP?

If you want to use your device without any need for login and internet you need to download full feature software and driver from hp.com and install them, use HP Smart only for connecting to wi-fi.
