Hi @Dangcl,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP LaserJet MFP M227fdn after upgrading your router to Google Nest Pro Wifi.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Restart Printer and Router: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both your printer and Google Nest Pro Wifi router, wait for a few minutes, and then turn them back on.
- Check Network Settings on Printer: Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You can usually do this by accessing the printer's menu or settings from its control panel.
- Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi Network: If your printer isn't connected to the correct Wi-Fi network, you'll need to reconnect it. On your printer's control panel, navigate to the network settings or Wi-Fi setup menu, and then select the option to connect to a new network. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new Wi-Fi network credentials.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Check the HP support website for any available firmware updates for your HP LaserJet MFP M227fdn model and follow the instructions to update it if necessary.Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check Router Settings: Verify that your Google Nest Pro Wifi router settings are compatible with your printer. Some routers have specific settings that may affect printer connectivity, such as firewall or network isolation settings. Make sure these settings are configured correctly.
- Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, restarting your computer can help resolve connectivity issues, especially if you're trying to print from a Mac. After restarting your computer, try printing again.
- Reset Printer Network Settings: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset your printer's network settings to default and set it up again from scratch. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to do this.
