I have just changed my Router to an all Fibre connection one. Unfortunately I could not connect my printer despite seeing the Router Ssid name on the printer screen. I have used all the virtual HP Help suggestions. Depowering both the printer and the router and reconnecting, for instance. Alas all to no avail. Any suggestions help will be gratefully accepted.

Hi @moala,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Perform the steps from this document and see if that works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Dear Elohi ,
Thank you for your recommendations. I have tried these and it still did not work and I now think that the fault is may be in my new router as its supplier 'app' (MySky) is now showing that there is something wrong in the SETUP despite allowing other devices to connect it but for the printer and my landline.
Thanks all the same for the useful links which I will keep and try and refer to them as I try to resolve the issue.
Moala
