Just got this new printer, installed the HP  App on my desktop just fine.  Basically the first step in setting up the printer is connecting to the wifi network, and it will not accept the wifi password as correct.  I've entered it 20 times and I know it's correct - the printer is showing as connected when I check my bluetooth devices on my laptop, so my laptop is working fine, it appears to be the connection between the router and the app.  I restarted my computer, and rebooted the router and the wifi on the printer, still will not work.  Works fine on my iPhone.

@mcdanielfam, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
