HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my printer was connected to my PC (where a router was also connected to the PC) I was able to print documents over WiFi without a problem.

Now my router is located downstairs probably 12 feet away from the printer, the printer cannot connect to it after activating the WPS on the router.

My PC is now fitted with a dongle and it connects to the repositioned router without any trouble but the printer doesn't want to know.

Any suggestions on how to connect the printer wirelessly now?

 

BTW. I have also installed a TP Link Deco 55x WiFi extender which is linked to the router next to the printer and it still doesn't connect to it.

 

I'm baffled. Any pointers would be a great help thanks.
