I have been using printer sharing on my old WIndows 7 computer. After I migrate to Windows 11, I have issues with my client computers (which are Windows 10) cannot connect to my shared printer (one LaserJet and one MFP135W).
One of my Windows 10 doesn't have wifi adapter, so all the while it was printing via the shared printer in networking.
In Windows 11, I can assess all the files sharing but not the two printers I have. (Both working perfectly with my new Windows 11, but not shared network). I can view the two printers but have trouble with the network connectivity.
Please help.

When you upgraded 7 to 11 your credential manager on the other systems have the wrong credentials.
On the new Windows 11 system,
Are you using the Microsoft email username login?
Are you login into the windows 11 using a local account?
The other windows 10 system need the username and password that the windows 11 system uses.
If several users and passwords,. then select the one used to activate windows 11.
Bring up the credentials manager on the windows 10 system and either delete or edit the existing credentials.
expand the ">" for each system and select edit

Hi BeemerBiker, thanks for the answer. I tried using your method and IT WORKED, maybe it's just of all the methods tried after searching youtube and google, it doesn't hit the fundamental.
What I have done is:
1) Set a login password to my server computer (which I have not done and doesn't think that it is that important).
2) At workstations, add in the new credentials of this new server computer. Fill up the user ID and password.
3) Reconnect the printers to install the drivers.
Viola~
Now I am feeling so great. The technician I hired to complete the networking told me that Windows 11 doesn't allow sharing of printer, unless it is network/WiFi printer. This proves him wrong.
