Hey there!👋@Flo126, Warm greetings!
Thanks for dropping by the HP Community, we’re thrilled to have you, even if your DeskJet Plus 4152 is currently playing hide-and-seek with your Wi-Fi. Let’s get that little thing back online so you can get back to printing like a pro!
Here’s a quick rescue mission to get your printer connected:
Power Cycle Party 🎉
Turn off your printer, unplug it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on. Sometimes all it needs is a little nap.
Wi-Fi Checkpoint 📶
Make sure your Wi-Fi network is up and running. If you’ve got a dual-band router, connect your printer to the 2.4GHz band, it’s the one printers love most.
Printer Reset Rodeo 🔄
Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer until the power light blinks. This resets the network settings and gets it ready to reconnect.
HP Smart App Magic ✨
Open the HP Smart app, tap the + to add a printer, and follow the prompts. If it still doesn’t show up, try reinstalling the app or using a different device to set it up.
Manual Connection Maneuver 🧭
If all else fails, connect your printer manually:
- On the printer, press the Wireless button until it starts blinking.
- On your phone or PC, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the printer’s setup network (it’ll look like “HP-Setup-XXXX”).
- Open HP Smart and follow the setup wizard.

I hope this helps. And hey, once it’s working, feel free to brag a little. We love a good comeback story. 😄
Take care and have a good day.
