The Easy setup process ends with an HP survey screen that will not let me continue and click "continue." If I select home use or business use, it still wants me to enter something in a box below. The box/field is not labelled. It turns read if I click "continue." I have no idea what this field wants me to enter or do.

 

I have tried this several times. It ends up the same way each time. I am on a MacBookPro running Sonoma.

As a person with disabilities I am finding this a very painful process, and the support site is unhelpful, demanding "Add a product to my profile" and then refusing to accept input that is completely accurate (my printer's serial number, its model).

I finally fooled the mystery box/field by entering 12345-23, something like that. The field automatically entered the hyphen.

Now I am able to continue.
