I have been trying to print 4 Amazon return labels. It seems the Tango has blocked Amazon. How do I unblock Amazon from my HP Tango?

Hi @FkedEvelyn,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are encountering this issue with your HP Tango printer. There could be a few reasons why you're experiencing difficulty printing Amazon return labels. Here's what you can try:

  • Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your HP Tango printer is properly connected to your computer or mobile device. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent printing.
  • Printer Firmware Update: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. HP occasionally releases updates that may address compatibility issues with certain websites or services. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Printer Settings: Check if there are any settings on your printer that might be blocking specific websites or services. You can access these settings through the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
  • Clear Printer Cache: Clearing the printer's cache can sometimes resolve issues with printing. You can usually do this through the printer's settings menu.
  • Reset Printer: If none of the above solutions work, you can try resetting your HP Tango printer to its factory defaults. This will remove any custom settings that may be causing the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
