Your printer powered back up and got a different IP address from the Wi-Fi system (router) it is connected to. It is online but your PC has an old address. It is like someone changing their phone number and not telling you. The quickest way to solve this is to print directly to the printer using Wi-Fi direct. Alternately go into the modem / router and have the DHCP server assign a fixed IP address for each device at your location. That way they never change.

For general help for new router or printer please refer to this article in our printer database.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as I may be able to find videos to show how to connect or fix the problem. A printer can be a PRO or a PLUS or have the letter 'e' after the number and that can make a big difference. Some printers with the same number ID could be a LaserJet, Deskjet, or Officejet.

New ISP (or modem was hard reset), same old printers, PCs and smartphones: Log into the modem or router and change the SSID (names) of each band so the names are different. Create a numeric password identical for each band to simplify login. If you must use alphanumeric characters then do not use any from this set: ilL1oO0D8B5S as they are easily mixed up depending on the font used. Be sure to run the application (if any) that finds the best channel for each band. Your ISP should be able to do all of this for you if you need help.
